An asset to the team and always going above and beyond to make sure others are supported. Amy Tai is deserving of her Very Best Award for culture after taking the time to ensure a new starter had help with contract admin. After admitting to Amy that they lacked an understanding of the commercial aspect, Amy took the time to explain the processes and encouraged them to learn more about that side of the business.
Amy took it a step further, regularly checking in with them and answering questions that they had. An act of kindness that saw another UGL employee grow in confidence.
