Foresight Solar Australia has awarded UGL the contract to design and build stage one of the Bannerton 110MWDC Solar Park, near Robinvale in Victoria. UGL is undertaking the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of the solar park, including the associated substation and electricity network grid connection.
Operating among 90,000 trees on a working almond farm, the UGL team is constructing the single axis tracking system, substation and network grid connection. Once operational, UGL will operate and maintain (O&M) the Bannerton Solar Farm for an initial two-year period.
