The way we work

There are other, less obvious areas where we encourage a better quality of life for our employees.

Travelling to meetings costs money, impacts the environment and takes people away from their homes. That's why we have introduced effective ways for teams to communicate and share information remotely. These include virtual meetings, videophones and online collaboration environments. We also have new-generation video-conferencing that's so realistic it's like meeting face-to-face.
