Alina Azizova, UGL engineer and O&M Site Supervisor, was looking for somewhere warm to call home! Managing the operations and maintenance for two solar farms, she is responsible for the project management overseeing all the activities to ensure they are running safely and to their best capacity.
Having had a strong female mentor in her mother, going into a technical field was a no brainer: "To women who are interested in the technical field, go for it and don't be afraid that something makes you different from everybody else."
