Turning a challenge into the best result

Our UGL team has worked hard on the Digital Train Radio Systems project, helping to upgrade trains in Sydney, overcoming challenges along the way.

 Covid lockdowns in China meant there was a long lead time for a supplier, but the team worked with the client to keep them informed and worked proactively to overcome the issues.

They found a new supplier which ultimately resulted in a cost saving – which was great news for the customer!
