UGL provides downstream maintenance, shutdown and modification project services to ConocoPhillips on behalf of Australia Pacific Liquefied Natural Gas (APLNG) at the Gladstone Liquefied Natural Gas facility on Curtis Island, off the North Queensland coast.
The Curtis Island LNG facility receives and processes natural gas to LNG for export.
At APLNG, UGL provides:
- maintenance services
- shutdown planning and execution
- capital works
- resource planning and scheduling
- management and delivery of projects
- subcontractor management
APLNG is a joint venture between ConocoPhillips, Origin and Sinopec and is the largest producer of gas from coal seams in Australia.
