Congratulations on the arrival of your new addition to the family!

We wanted to give you some information to help and support you and aid your transition back to work after extended leave.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

UGL’s EAP is available to both to you as an employee and to your immediate family. It is a free, voluntary and confidential support service provided by Gryphon Psychology,
You have access to support in person, on the telephone, or via Skype, allowing you to receive free confidential counselling where ever you are located. 

You also have access to the Gryphon Psychology app, which can be downloaded by searching Gryphon EAP in the app store. This allows access to many free resources including an online booking section, relaxation tips, crisis contacts and a range of self-help articles. 

EAP can assist with work related issues such as:

  • Work stress
  • Career goals and direction
  • Work performance
  • Conflict with co-workers or supervisors
  • Harassment/discrimination
  • Trauma/critical incident
  • Work life balance
  • Shift work management strategies
  • Sleep hygiene
