Be Well With UGL is UGL’s workplace wellbeing program and provides our employees with information on how UGL can support them to be at their best.

Our AIA Vitality program rewards eligible CIMIC Group employees with points for making healthy choices like completing a health check or nutrition assessment, or setting and following through on a physical activity target.
The more points you earn, the bigger the rewards, including shopping vouchers and discounts on movie tickets, petrol, your weekly shopping, fitness activities and travel.
To become a member and participate in the rewards program, look out for a membership activation email that will be sent to you after your first month. Participation is optional and your details are kept confidential.

Salary Continuance Insurance
Salary continuance insurance generally provides a monthly payment in the event you are medically certified unable to work due to an injury or illness. If you meet this definition, then you are generally considered ‘Totally Disabled’ for a period of time as defined under the policy.
UGL Australian employees have access to discounted private health insurance with Medibank.
You can take out Medibank's CIMIC Group Corporate Health Plan. This offers a discount and a range of wellbeing benefits for you and your family including:

Superannuation at UGL forms part of your remuneration.

A 30% discount on personal Microsoft 365 subscriptions is available to UGL employees with a valid UGL domain email address.
