A team of UGL volunteers recently visited eight schools in NSW as part of the Bright Futures STEM program which highlights how studying science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) subjects can lead to diverse and rewarding careers.
STEM skills are vital in a wide range of industries, and we value the importance of people pursuing careers in these fields. The Bright Futures STEM program is an excellent initiative that can help to inspire young people to pursue careers in STEM fields. STEM skills are essential in many industries and the demand for workers with these skills is expected to grow in the coming years.
The team discussed their personal career journey’s and helped the students with interactive hands on activities that are all relatable to the real world.
