Nathan Cairncross, Senior HSE Advisor, has been supporting our projects, from DTRS modifications to SMCSW radio package, always looking out for the team's safety and welfare.
He has been busy supporting two projects, whilst also managing the safety and welfare of the team.
“Since Nathan joined UGL in 2017, he has been a champion of our company culture. He has formed a great working relationship with the management team, and provides great support for our workers,” says Dean Morley, nominating Nathan for the award.
“The safety culture is an aspect that Nathan is always promoting, with safety culture increasing since his arrival at UGL through his proactive, open and honest communication style and leadership qualities.”
Nathan is proactive in his approach to safety, focusing on areas including critical risk rollout with contractors, forward planning of risk management, and active involvement in the planning process of projects.
