Lance James has gone above and beyond in his role as the Small Tools Store person identifying opportunities within the warehouse and maintenance teams at the site he’s working at, and has been awarded a Very Best Award for customer.
Lance spent months tracking data and analysed it, as well as material movement scenarios.
A review of this resulted in Lance having extra responsibilities he didn’t have previously.
But he has taken the extra responsibilities in his stride and his hard work shows how Lance is always keeping the customer and their operations a priority.
