Young people at Queensland Children’s Hospital woke up on Christmas Day to lots of gifts thanks to the efforts of Recruitment Coordinator, Millie Gilbert. Millie helped collect donations from the Brisbane office as part of the Starlight Foundation’s Christmas Drive.
Donations included four bags of toys and crafts for both boys and girls.
Millie has received a UGL Very Best Award for culture for her efforts, which have also been recognised by the Starlight Foundation.
“Thank you again for everything your team have done to support children in hospital this Christmas! It truly is beautiful to be gifting joy and magic to those who are in the most difficult circumstances. Your entire team are Starlight Heroes for your generosity and compassion!” says Gabrielle, Starlight Foundation representative.
The Starlight Foundation is a not-for-profit which helps seriously ill children and young people across Australia.
