Nathan drives innovation at UGL with automation expertise

Nathan Marom, Senior Commercial Manager, has made a significant impact at UGL, using automation to support efficient access for employees, contractors and clients visiting our major sites. His expertise in digitisation and enthusiasm for continuous improvement have earned Nathan a UGL Very Best Award for Innovation.

Nathan’s solution supports our access process by streamlining site entry and allowing identification details to be uploaded quickly. It also automatically produces a report recording compliance with entry procedures. The paperless solution delivers substantial time savings for those entering the site and for our site administration teams.

“Nathan has gone above and beyond in developing this system,” said Corporate Services Manager, Ada Nuis. “It is great to see this kind of innovation at UGL, making processes more efficient for employees and other stakeholders.”

Nathan’s commitment to supporting and improving business operations remains steadfast. His dedication and innovative mindset continue to offer great value to the organisation.
