TechnowrapTM - Engineered composite repairs
Innovative Asset Solutions Group (IAS Group), part of UGL’s Services Division, provides asset life‑extension and critical repair solutions for the resources, infrastructure and industrial sectors. The team specialises in inspection, preservation and repair of process and structural assets using advanced coating, insulation and composite technologies.
Technowrap™ is the main repair system used by IAS Group in a joint venture with ICR Integrity to fix and strengthen ageing or damaged assets. It’s a defined‑life composite wrap designed to restore the integrity of corroded, weakened or leaking pipework, pipelines and structural components. Because it can be applied while equipment is still running with no shutdowns required it helps operators keep production going while safely extending the life of their assets.
